The art of oak collection

The theme of this gallery is old Oak trees or parts of the them.

There are many mature Oaks in the UK, some over 1,000 years old.

It is these ancient trees that provide the inspiration for this collection. I admit that I can only guess at the age of each tree, some will be more venerable than others.
