In the woods just outside Sherringham, Norfolk there is a wooden viewing tower built amongst the trees atop a hill.
I took this picture on my knees, not because of all the steps, eighty odd steps after climbing uphill to the tower does take it's toll, but because I was scared to stand up in case I got blown over the edge.
I seldom have much of an eye for landscapes but all those different luxury greens make this scene work for me. The range of greens was enhanced by the wind as it blew through the foreground trees and turned some of the leaves back to reveal their paler underside.
